How do I look after my tops?
Given that our t-shirts are made from 100% cotton and our sweatshirts are 80% cotton we'd advise washing on a cool 30 degree wash to best preserve these.

Where is my order?
You should have received a confirmation order via e-mail that the order has been processed. Once ordered, we do our best to ship out the orders within 2 working days with a further 2-3 days required for delivery. If you haven’t received your order within 14 working days something has likely gone wrong for which we very much apologise. If this is the case, get in touch via the Contact Us page and we’ll work hard to get your order to you as quickly as we can.
Where are your products shipped from?
All of our products are shipped from the UK.
I want to change my order
If you realise as soon as you’ve placed your order that you’ve made a mistake, not to worry! We don’t use robots to package and deliver your orders so there’s a very good chance we’ll be able to correct it. Just get in touch via the Contact Us page and as long as we’ve not already shipped out the order we’ll be able to adjust it for you.
Note that the sizing of our tops is a regular/relaxed fit. This will generally mean that you should be able to order your regular T-shirt/sweatshirt size.
Something’s gone wrong, what do I do?

I don’t like the product I’ve ordered, can I return it?
The short answer is yes, as long as you haven't worn it. If you’ve received your product and it isn’t up to your expectations, we’ll happily arrange for a refund within 14 days of receipt of the product.
Help! I’ve ordered the wrong size!
Not a problem! Just get in touch with us and we’ll arrange to have it swapped for the correct size or for a refund. Please try and do this within 14 days of receipt.
